Payment
Parment is done by invoice when entering. EQ Timing is handling payment and related issues. Please note that your entry is final and not refundable.
Cancellation protection
Our cancellation protection refunds the entry fee if you get injured or ill, and a doctor makes the assessment that you cannot run the race.
The reason shall always be proven by a medical certificate. The certificate shall include your diagnosis and the date for the first treatment or examination. The certificate shall also state the date for the treatment or examination that is the basis for the doctors decision to advise against your participation in the race.
The cancellation protection can only be bought when you sign up for the race.

Approval of publication of personal data
When entering, you approve the publication of your name, residence, club/company, start number, age, start and finish times, as well as photos and videos from the race, are published on the internet and other media.
Addition, bus travel
Participants has the possibility to buy bus transfers to and from Salming Idre Fjällmaraton from 17 Swedish destinations.
If you need to cancel your bus ticket, due to injury or illness, the following applies:
- Cancellation no later than 30 days before departure are fully refunded, minus a booking fee of SEK 100, against a valid doctor's declaration.
- Cancellation no later than 14 days before departure are refunded 50 percent, minus a booking fee of SEK 100, against a valid doctor's declaration.
We recommend that you have a suitable insurance.
